Role Overview
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and branding initiatives. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to design assets that drive engagement and brand recognition.
Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics, website banners, ads, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Develop brand visuals, logos, and illustrations to maintain a cohesive identity.
- Create infographics, motion graphics, and short-form animations to enhance content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design assets for campaigns and product launches.
- Ensure designs align with Capcons’ brand identity and user expectations.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our visuals fresh.
- Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality graphics that make an impact.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or visual branding.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative, engaging, and high-quality designs.
- Experience designing for social media, digital marketing, and web platforms.
- Ability to work on motion graphics, GIFs, and video editing is a plus.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
- Passion for the creator economy, branding, and digital storytelling.
