Role Overview
As a Social Media Associate, you’ll be responsible for managing Capcons’ social media channels, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness. You’ll work closely with content creators, marketers, and designers to craft compelling campaigns that connect with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Capcons’ presence on Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
- Interact with our community—reply to comments, DMs, and engage in trending conversations.
- Track social media analytics, report performance insights, and optimize content strategies.
- Work with the design team to ensure content aligns with brand aesthetics and messaging.
- Research trends, hashtags, and viral content to keep Capcons ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers for campaigns and partnerships.
- Assist in running paid social media ads to drive awareness and engagement.
- Monitor competitor strategies and provide insights to improve our approach.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts (brand or personal).
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok trends.
- Excellent writing skills with a fun, engaging, and brand-aligned tone.
- Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar).
- Experience with basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly.
