Role Overview
We’re looking for an NLP & Conversational AI Expert to develop and optimize AI-driven chatbots, voice assistants, and language models that enable seamless interactions within the Capcons ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop NLP models for conversational AI, sentiment analysis, and content moderation.
- Build and optimize chatbots, virtual assistants, and AI-powered community tools to enhance user engagement.
- Improve speech-to-text and text-to-speech capabilities for enhanced accessibility and interaction.
- Work with data engineers to create training datasets for natural language understanding (NLU) and generation (NLG).
- Deploy and scale AI models for real-time, high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate conversational AI into Capcons’ platform.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and multilingual NLP support.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, conversational AI, or deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python, Go with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or spaCy.
- Experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, T5, or custom transformers) and chatbot development.
- Strong knowledge of dialogue systems, intent recognition, and contextual AI.
- Familiarity with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and API integrations.
- Experience deploying NLP models in real-time production environments.
- Passion for AI-driven social networking and creator economy is a plus!
