Role Overview
As a Growth Specialist, you'll work across marketing, sales, and partnerships to accelerate platform adoption and engagement. You'll analyze market trends, develop growth strategies, and collaborate with teams to execute data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Identify and onboard strategic partners, brands, and creators for Capcons.
- Optimize sales funnels and customer journeys to maximize conversions.
- Work with marketing and product teams to implement data-driven experiments.
- Track and analyze KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Explore and execute new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
- Manage CRM tools, outreach campaigns, and lead generation.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or sales.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation, and performance marketing.
- Experience in community growth, partnerships, or digital marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Startup mindset: Adaptable, resourceful, and results-driven.
- Available to work from our Gurugram office (hybrid or full-time on-site).
