Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will drive the successful execution of projects across product development, marketing, and community initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and seamless coordination between stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute strategic projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate between product, engineering, marketing, and community teams to ensure alignment.
- Track project performance using KPIs, milestones, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Implement Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies to improve workflows.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies, proposing effective solutions.
- Maintain clear and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Document processes and ensure projects meet budget, scope, and quality standards.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in tech, SaaS, or digital products.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with product development, marketing campaigns, and community-building strategies.
- Experience in the creator economy, social networking, or online communities is a plus.
- PMP, CSM, or other project management certifications are a bonus.
